Months ago St. Jude in Memphis, TN was out of options for Ethan. Less than 24 hrs later I was on a plane and went to him. When I entered the room knowing what he did not. Knowing we had to get him to Cincinnati Children's Hospital for his life saving drug and treatment. That said I learned how ruthless, greedy, and pure heartless insurance companies can be. All of the staff has been so helpful and kind. They are very efficient as well, we seem to always get right in and out!

Normally I love Children's, but our latest visit wasn't the greatest. The staff is nice I just didn't feel like the Dr did all that she could or that normally gets done for my son when he has to go for his asthma. No xrays were done....I left there and just took him to Dr office where they did more for him.
The expert doctors there have saved the lives of three of my grandchildren over the past few years. I am grateful.
I visit the Tuberous Sclerosis clinic at least every 3 months. We come from a little town outside of Pittsburgh PA. The 5 hour drive is never fun, but the doctors we see while at CCMC are amazing and worth every minute of the commute. I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for the TS Clinic at CCMC.
I felt we had the best care possible for our 14 month old. They did every test under the sun to find the problem and came up with her diagnosis. Everyone from the doctors and nurses to the janitors and cafe staff were excellent! Thank you Children's hospital for being the best you can be! We are blessed to live so close to such a great hospital!
After my son's surgery they have him a drink. No snack nothing. So he was sick all the way home. An hour and a half ride with a kid puking his guts out.
My 2yr old has had two surgeries here, and the whole process couldn't have been better. The surgical teams were great people, and I felt that the doctors were professional and good people.
