Cincinnati Childrens Is The Best From The Service To ALL STAFF. When Your Staying or Just Visiting with Them You Are Family. I Recommend CINCINNATI CHILDRENS HOSPITAL TO EVERYONE THEIR NUMBER 1
Very clean. Great staff. We live 350 miles away and when we call to check in everyone is always on the same page. No miscommunication. Which is important when there are so many people involved with the patients care.
The staff was super friendly and they did their best to get us back as soon as possible. Our doctor, Dr. Brett, was awesome. He was so patient with my autistic son and he checked him out in every way possible to make sure he didn't miss anything. Instead of guessing or pretending to know it all, he admitted he is not the expert and contacted neuro for a consult. They are really all about the child at Liberty and I'm thankful to have a campus so close to home.
I absolutely hated the idea of my child being admitted into the hospital as I know any parent does, but I am so thankful my Pediatrician sent us to Children's. We were taken such good care of and we were allowed to leave our unit and they even had a stroller to push our baby around in and we got to take her outside to the beautiful play yard. If we ever have to be back in a hospital for either child, I know where I want them going.
Our daughter has epilepsy and this hospital has been absolutely wonderful! Nurses and doctors alike, just superb. We couldn't be happier driving from Indianapolis! Definitely worth it.
