The crew worked very hard and completed the work needed in just one day. When the job was done they reviewed the work done - to my great satisfaction. I could tell that they took great pride in their family run business.
I'm not writing this because Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing & Drainage worked on my basement recently. I'm writing this because they did work in my basement over two years ago. The water issues I hired them to repair have never returned. They did fast work at a good price. The price was low not because they work cheap, but it was low because they recommended and estimated the solution that would address the water problem. No more, no less. It was a good crew too. They all seemed reliable.
Gill is the only honest guy in this business! He came out and first did everything he could to fix this without charging me a fortune... in the end, we still needed a whole system anyway. His guys were professional, fast, and friendly. They even worked around our hectic schedule. I would recommend these guys every time!

August 16 was a nightmare for me when 4 inches of rain hit Anderson Township in two hours early one morning. The crew that worked on my house was extremely professional and courteous. They are very competent and did an outstanding job. I was impressed on how quickly they completed the work and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the end result.
