Thanks to Cincinnati basement waterproofing I believe my leaky basement is fixed. Phil B. Came out and explained what his plan was, and after I talked to a couple other companies I picked CBW. They came out 2 weeks later and excavated, sealed installed drainage system, back filled, regraded and reseeded is 2 days. They did a total cleanup and we’re gone. Great crew, great company. Thanks Phil and everyone involved.

My house was built in 1951 and has a block foundation. I contacted Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing when my basement leaks were starting to be a problem. My first wall was a challenge but after 3 go arounds it is dry. Because Gil and his team were very professional and got the 1st wall completed to our satisfaction, we have since had them return and fix all of our basement walls. We would recommend them to anyone needing basement waterproofing.

1 year later and still dry! Gil and team were extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. There were slight changes to the scope of our project as the team began working and they were very accommodating to our needs. Most importantly, the end product resulted in a dry basement for the last 12 months.

After having two other companies inspect our window well/drain spout issue, both companies recommended CBW&D as the company to tackle our issue. They were courteous, punctual and responsive to text and email communication. There crew could not have been a better group to work with...even after I had a bit of a breakdown upon realizing a tree and my landscaping would have to be removed in order to finish our job. There are several choices in my area for piering/slab jacking contractors. Some good, some less than reputable. In my opinion, there is no one better or more qualified to do this highly technical operation than Gil B. and his exceptional crew! I had a serious problem with my back downspout being totally blocked off. Had spoke to many different contractors and your company had the best solution. My house is almost 60 years old. With any kind rain my gutters would flood over. This would cause water to damage my ceilings and foundation. I spoke with Gil B******* and he came out and looked over my crawlspace and advised what needed to be done. He was the third person representing a company in the waterproofing business I had spoken with and he knew what this house/crawlspace needed. These guys spent the entire day at my house, installed a sump pump, replaced and rerouted all downspouts. As much dirt as I saw being hauled out of my basement, they were surprisingly clean and neat about it! Hard working and just a great bunch of guys in general. We had several companies come out and they tried to oversell everything they could possibly dream of. Not Gil, he knew what we needed and that's what we got! Priced to compete! Company was very responsive to the work via email, phone/texts to requests made regarding the foundation. Had other companies come out and they didn't know what needed to be done. There is no water leakage anymore. Finished the project in a timely, efficient manner.
