We had Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing & Drainage do extensive work to straighten and add support to two (2) foundation walls that were bowing in. One wall had bowed in nearly 6 inches. This was a very serious structural issue. We had at least five different companies come to our property; each presenting a wildly different solution. Some seemed to be overkill money grabs, and others offered high prices with little actual work that would be completed to fix our basement and drainage issues. Gill and his team completed waterproofing and foundation stabilization for my home. The team was very professional and maticulous about there work. We had a lot of basement flooding this summer due to heavy rains. Phil B****,general mgr. came out and gave us an estimate to waterproof our basement. They worked for three long days with the owner of the company, Gil B****** here every day. A family owned company who did a great job. All the workers were friendly, courteous, and competent. I waited three months to write this review in case we had any water issues.No problems. I would recommend them if someone is in need of their services. Thank you, ***** *******
The unfinished part of my basement constantly had water leaking into it after installing a patio on the outside. After several tries to fix the issue, I had Phil come out to give me a bid. The bid was the lowest, and the work ended up fixing the main issue. Even better, when a small part of the area that did not have shield installed began leaking as well, Gil honored my warranty for that as well and his crew came out and fixed the issue with no additional charge. I had sold my house and moved. Shortly before closing my basement flooded during a heavy rain. Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing & Drainage came to my rescue. I got additional bids and did my research. Gil and his crew began and finished the work in a few short days. The work was done as promised and in a timely and efficient manner. I couldn't have been more impressed or pleased. I highly recommend them.

I had some minimal seepage entering at floor level in my basement, specifically following a significant day or more of heavy rains. Knew I had to deal with this soon at some time soon, and when I saw an add on TV for CBW&D, I starter moving forward and sent an email via their website describing what I had been experiencing and if I could have someone come out to take a look. Gill came to our home and quickly analyzed our problem as a clogged day pipe below ground level along our North wall going to our sump pump. I had two other quotes and felt his skill with crew and pricing was the best. I paid Gil the deposit and the job was promised to be done within thirty days, which was critical because of a family trip out of town planned a year ago.
