Had been having issues with leaks in the basement every time there was a hard rain. Called Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing and Phil came out the next day and gave us an estimate. All of the work needed to be done inside the house because of where our house was and the lot. It took 2 days but the crew was very professional and cleaned everything up before leaving each day. We had water on and off for the last few years in our basement, and I was sick of cutting drywall calling someone to fix it, then re-drywalling, painting and then a few months later water again. So I called CBW. Right away Phil came out gave an estimate, and gave me a game plan that I liked. So we went with CBW and very glad we did! They did a nice job fixing our basement leaks, however they did mess up some landscaping that I will have to fix.
CBWD had a team out to our property to provide service on a warranty concerning a previous job. The crew did an excellent job! They were professional, thorough and tidy. It rained the night following their work and our basement was bone-dry! I would readily recommend Gil, his son and their team for your waterproofing needs in the future. Dependable company!

We had water seeping into the basement after I started to finish it, so I called to get a quote. Phil showed up and gave me a lot of info, was very detailed on his explanation, very professional and frankly gave me a deal I couldn’t say no to. Told me it’d be a few weeks. Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing and Drainage (Gil) was the first basement waterproofing contractor that listened to me and was willing to work with me. I was selling my house, and did not want the new owner to have any basement water issues.Gil agreed to install battery back up sump pumps and install the drainage system to connect with those.
