I cannot thank Dr. Heck enough and Cilley animal clinic for their amazing work and responding so quickly to fixing my cats tail. They went above and beyond caring for my cat. # don’t let your daughter put a ponytail on the cats tail might need to get it amputated.
I was pleased and grateful for the initial visit time Dr. Heck spent talking with us and evaluating our dog . I think we have a great plan of care for him. Staff is attentive, professional and kind . Just a real nice facility.
Dr. Heck & staff are professional and welcoming. We moved to Concord from Nashua and needed to find a new veterinarian for our cat, Radar. We highly recommend Cilley Veterinary Clinic to anyone who is in need of care for their pet!

Dr. Heck and the tech, Aileen were fantastic with my 5 mos old pup when he got hurt. Couldn’t have asked for better care! While I was on the phone with the front staff, they could hear him crying and how much pain he was in and were able to get him in right away. I actually ran into Aileen at Rite Aid and she remembered us and asked how he was doing. That minor personal touch really makes all the difference!!
I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone is so incredibly friendly, and make you and your furbabies feel right at home. �
Recently moved to the area and were nervous when finding a new vet. This office is amazing! Not only did they fit us in for an emergency with our female lab,Rhea, but they also made our bully breed, Blueberry, feel very relaxed. Blue has a huge fear of vets and gets very nervous, the ladies here made him feel right at home and loved! Thank you so much!!
