I couldn't be happier with the staff at Cilley's! Everyone is caring, helpful & friendly. I especially thank Dr.Heck for all the years of dedicated care, that he has given to our beloved cats....I couldn't have asked for better!! Most recently, the idea of putting Shadow down was so very heartbeaking. Even though I knew it was time to let her go, it was comforting to have Doctor Heck agree/confirm my feelings. I couldn't have asked for a better or more peaceful passing.....glad it was Doctor Heck who did it for her!

I don't know where to begin to talk about Cilley! We have 10 dogs are they are all blessed to have the best veterinarians ever! We have gone to Cilley for over 12 years since we moved to NH. It is everyone---from the vets to office staff, grooming staff, vet techs, doggie day care staff and everyone else behind the scenes that makes Cilley work so well, should be complimented. My mom and dad started bringing our dogs here back in the 1970s when we moved to NH. Since then, my husband and I brought our dogs here for 25 years. The care we've received has included support for a dog with congestive heart failure, a dog with a torn knee ligament and canine cognitive dysfunction, and one with an eye disorder. .Each time, we've been treated well or referred out as necessary to equally good care -- a true sign of professionalism. We've had outstanding medical care, and better yet, outstanding family care.
