Everything is great! Emily is always friendly and helpful on the phone, all the veterinarians and Vet. techs are knowledgeable and patient. And everyone over at boarding and daycare couldn't be nicer. Luna loves to go see her "friends" at Cilleys.
Warm and caring staff that truly care for your pet as if he/she was their own! They go above and beyond for every dog, cat, animal and their owners!! My dog Moose loves all of the staff their and can't wait to get out of the car when we drive up. I wouldn't trust Moose with anyone else, the vet team, dog day care and grooming staff are amazing! The staff at Cilley's was very rude to us because we did not buy the most expensive spot-on flea treatment for our cat. The techs in particular should learn some manners and common courtesy if they want to keep our business.
