I personally would avoid having a woman who verbally assaults your customers as a doggy daycare manager. We had a lot of complaints but this is the big one. That’s just bad practice.

We love Cilley! We previously took our 5 dogs to the VCA Laconia (actually in Gilford). We had to leave the VCA firstly because of the exorbitant pricing. We could not ever leave a visit for under $500. They claimed we’d get a discount if we brought in two at once. They gave us that discount once and then continued charging full price. Even if a dog just needed one vaccine, they’d charge for the doctor to needlessly see the dog just to get the extra cash. After moving from San Francisco the speed of service, friendliness and prices are so welcome! My pup can be nervous but has had two visits coming out wagging. Reception is welcoming, easy booking and communication follow up to boot. Thanks, Cilley!
