Cigna is hands down the worst insurance company ever. They make the simplest task like refilling prescriptions almost impossible. The never notify you on decisions, they hope you give up, so nothing has to be covered. They are a garbage company run by greedy, terrible people. When people job hunt they really should look at this insurance as a major negative to accepting a job.
They don't cover anything. I don't even know why this business is called an insurance company. They don't cover physical therapy after 12 visits, especially after major surgeries. They don't cover doctor prescribed equipment. They don't cover anything for weightloss. Important prescriptions are outrageous prices, even after "coverage". Any physicians other than PCP visits are unreasonably expensive. If you have another option, for the love of all things holy, don't waste your money. Might as well self pay.
Cigna insurance is the worst insurance company out there. They lie to get you to sign,then don't cover what they said they would. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
Everyone here is nice. Very friendly place to work.
