NO COMMUNICATION The hot water is out almost ever week at this point, we have only been here since February and our hot water has been an on going issue, sometimes days at a time with zero communication from the front office or management. The baseball courts were replaced with a large grass patch that is now just a giant toilet for animals, parking is a huge issue, pools being closed, air conditioner not working....the list just goes on and on. DO NOT LIVE HERE This is the worst place I have ever lived. They are criminals and will try to take your money anyway they can. They over charge for everything and don't disclose all the fees. Everyone has bugs. You can't trust anything the office says. RUN AWAY! They will make everything sound really good and you will hate every second of your life after you move in. There is no sound proofing so you can hear everything anyone does.
DON'T LIVE HERE The prices are outrageous for what you actually end up getting. The complex is way over priced. The office staff are scheming convicts! They will show you the nicer units and then when you move in it's not all all what it is suppose to be. Not to mention ALL the units have bugs! The buildings are old and your electricity will be through the roof and the you have to pay a bunch of building fees they don't mention. Do not rent here. READ ALL THE REVIEWS YOU CAN FIND. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. We applied for what was listed as a Newly Renovated, second-floor apartment. Included all new appliances, all new hardwood flooring, all new light fixtures and ceiling fans, and, the cherry on top of the cake, a fireplace. All for an incredible price for the area. Sucks I have been living here for about 6 months already, and all I can say is I've had a very bad experience here. Currently there are 6 people living above me, I hear my neighbor and her kids screaming through my ceiling, and management won't do anything about it. In fact they no longer accept my calls (claiming they're too busy with someone else), they don't reply to my emails anymore, and they are extremely unprofessional when it comes to assisting you with an issue. No regard for tenants They filed an eviction notice AFTER a payment had been made!!!!
Current but I can't wait till my lease is up so I can move outta here tenant I have lived here a little over a year and within that time I have had numerous maintenance issues that have taken a significant amount of time to address. I moved into a so called "upgrade" apartment which I have sadly come to realize consist of cheap imitation marble painted counters and wood floors in half the apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE I would strongly recommend not living here . The overall quality of the apartment complex decreased dramatically when Gateway on Gilbert took over for Wood Creek.The property management company is unprofessional and lazy . Work orders do not get completed in a timely manner, hot water goes out on a regular basis, appliances are outdated, and parking is a unorganized mess.
Ups and Downs Quiet location down near Downton Gilbert. Clean and well kept grounds, with plenty of opportunities for activities. Staff is a little clueless and isn't very friendly. It's nearly impossible to get in contact with them without having to go down to the office and they don't have record of what each unit has. Some will have a fireplace, some will not.
