Not for everyone While Cielo on Gilbert is a nice and safe community, I have ran into quite a bit of issues since moving in. Upon move-in I had to reach out to maintenance to replace my washer which was broken, mind you I had just moved-in. I had no hot water in my kitchen, and currently have ants randomly popping up everywhere. Now as far as noise, due to the complex being built in the 80’s you can hear everything around you. Poorly staffed and poorly managed All in all just poorly staffed and ran. They will take forever getting to your requests and give you no notice or plan to schedule, to the point that if you get a water leak, you'll end up with mold, and they won't be very concerned about it. They might use spraypaint in an unventilated space, and gas you out of your apartment with fumes, while also getting paint on everything other than what they're painting. You might see a few roaches. STAY FAR AWAY! Living there was such a traumatic experience. It got to bad, that I literally had to be put on anxiety medication just to be able to be in my apartment everyday. There are cops on premises at least every other week, usually across multiple days. They’re answering some call or another. I am by no means in bad standing with law enforcement, however, having a near constant presence is stressful. When I move from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom after the first year I lived there, it was nothing but problems. They l... read more

Do not live here The apartments are very cheaply kept. Front office gives the illusion of upscale living but it’s just a front. No grace period when paying rent and if the online system is down you are still responsible for late fees. Leasing office staff is okay one of the newer employees always has an attitude. Just avoid not worth the money or inconveniences

Nice Apartments to Call Home I've lived here a month so far but my daughter lived here for 12 months last year. It was a good experience for her. That is why I chose to live here. Beautiful landscaping, nicely painted, clean, well kept sparkling pools. All maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently by a friendly staff. All appliances work well and are in good condition. Diamond in the Rough We moved here in the winter of 2019 after the change in management and have had nothing but good experiences. All of the administrators are excellent to deal with and very friendly. Thanks to the app they have for residents, requesting maintenance is very easy and maintenance workers always attend to issues promptly and with care. Too much noise for first floor living. The noise level is extremely high. I'm in a first floor apartment and can hear all creaks and footsteps from my upstairs neighbor and can even track where they walk from room to room. I feel like I'm on their schedule - when they wake up, I wake up. To be honest, I feel embarrassed bringing company over to my place. I've contacted the complex a few times and haven't heard back on a solution, which I am unsure if this can even be resolved at this point.
