I have never had such a wonderful dental experience! I honestly felt like I was receiving VIP treatment at Dr. Powell's office. Not only was I immediately greated by his friendly staff, but was first taken back and given a grand tour of the office where the equipment (rather advanced I must say) was all explained to me. A staff member sat me in a private office to review all the new patient paperwork completing it on the computer for me. I just had my first visit to a dentist in about 5 years, because my previous experiences with dentists have ranged from uncomfortable to painful. The people at Dr. Powell's office gave me a thorough tour highlighting that they use the latest technology and methods, that really helped ease my anxiety. Brian Montenegro was my dental hygienist, he was gentle yet worked very quickly and constantly asked me if I was comfortable. Brian also explained every step of his work to me. I have been going to Dr. Powell's office for years and am still completely satisfied with the excellent customer service and dental care I receive at his office. The staff at this office treat you like family. It is a GREAT to have a doctor and staff who truly care!

From the front office, to the back patient rooms....each and every one of Dr. Powell's employees are kind, informative and professional! Dr. Powell worked on my teeth for almost 3 hours....and let me tell you...no pain at all! He uses the most advanced ways to numb you and you really don't feel pain.
