I had a 2hr procedure that under other circmstances could be considered uncomfortable. But Dr. Powell gave great numbing, administered slowly, and provided Bose headphones with a hand held controller. He explains everything and you never feel rushed. And when I was done, I was given a card, which I didnt open until I got home. How nice, it said I was the VIP of the day, and included a $10 card to Coldstones. NICE!! I just love the level of comfort and friendliness at Dr. Powells.
I had a complicated extraction, and Dr. Powell was far more gentle than other dentists who have done these for me. He uses the latest technology & the staff are friendly and helpful. The post-care instructions were very clear as well.
Everyone is terrific at Dr. Powell's office. Cutting edge technology tied to old time hospitality and first class patient care.
Aprille is so kind and gentle. She has some tough work to do on me and she finds a way to calm me and make it OK. Went in for a routine cleaning and came out with a deep cleaning/scaling - no biggie!!
As usual, the entire staff is friendly and professional. They are patient, and always suggest the best course of action. Dr. Powell and his entire staff are simply the best---best professionally, best technically, and the best folks.
Robert, the dental hygienist, is a great guy. He was a warm demeanor and welcomes all questions. Should feel like a summer breeze in there!
My last visit was pleasant and quick. I appreciate this dental staff very much!

Brian is an amazing hygenist. Remembers each patient and their personal info so you feel like you are going to see a friend.
