Soft & gentle touch teeth cleaning as usual(Brian). I had a special request to cover my right eye due to a recent surgery. First for both of us.
Dr. Powell is always a class act, but his staff are really exceptional too. I have a severe case of dentist-phobia and was extremely grumpy (due to allergies) when I arrived at my appointment today. Nevertheless, Jason gave me care and support in a way that truly elevated my mood by the end of the appointment. I am very grateful for the help and understanding by the entire staff.
They are the best ! What else can I say , When you fell like you Are Family . Really your in a dentist office They go above and beyond any expectations , You will never know your at the Dentust . I used to fear going have had so many bad experiance with Dentist . Here you will never have that experence again you will learn to Love going to the dentist . Yes I said love going to the Dentist . Thank you again to Dr. Powell and his wonderful staff! My family and I have been patients of his for decades. Visiting a dentist is rarely a pleasant experience but Dr., Terrie, Tootie, Brian and the rest, excel at making your time with them comfortable and stress free.
I am very picky when choosing a dentist and after searching long and hard for a good dentist I finally found the perfect one with Dr Powell at Exceptional Dentistry. They make you feel at home from the time you walk thru the door. Of course I love Dr. Powell and Terry, they are the best! But I am over the moon with my new hygienist. Brian is wonderful, thorough and gentle. Wonderful young man that I hope stays on with Dr. Powell as he is an excellent addition to his staff. My family loves our Brian!
This is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! The entire staff was incredibly kind and understanding of my needs!
