Always a pleasure
I use to hate going to the dentist. My old dentist was not very friendly and neither was the staff. But now that I am going to Dr. Powell's office, I actually enjoy going. The entire staff is very friendly and courteous. I recently had to get a filling along with another procedure that took a while. Normally I would constantly be wondering "are they almost done?" I don't usually make comments online about anything and especially anyone. However I find it ironic that am going to make a positive comment about going to the DENTIST office. I have been having a great experience with Dr Powell and his staff. I am presently having implants planted. Not what I thought. That is GOOD! TB especially attentive and reassuring.
Had restoration completed the previous week and noticed some discomfort in the repaired area. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day to investigate the pain which was pleasant from setting up the appointment through the examination. Both Dr. Powell and Terrie were very caring--as always--and were thorough in their questions and testing to help determine the cause of my pain. A very minor high spot was noted, and remedied. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Powell's for 20+ years. He and his office staff have always been professional and caring. Dr. Powell takes great effort and time to keep up with "cutting edge" technology in order to maintain the best care and results possible. They always do their best to accommodate the patient's needs. Dr. Powell and his team are amazing. I obtained a reservation for a late afternoon and was greeted with a warm smile by friendly staff. I enjoy being treated as a valuable client not just one of many patients. Soft & gentle touch teeth cleaning as usual. I had a special request to cover my right eye due to a recent surgery. First for both of us.
