The name of the business appealed to me when I found them online. I appreciate the whimsical, as I think it says something about those who run the business, so I put in for a quote. I was very impressed at how quickly I heart back, and enjoyed the conversation on the phone with the person who called. I highly recommend Chutes 'N Ladders. I had my Fireplace Chimney swept, a new Chimney cap for a 3 flu fireplace measured, custom made and installed, Tuckpointing repaired, and brick waterproofed. Communication was great, pricing was competitive and better on the chimney cap than others, and overall great work. And ... yes... I have been up on the roof to inspect their work.
Great service. Excellent communications. Left all areas they accessed clean upon completion of the chimney service. Amazing people throughout the transaction. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide.
They are a wonderful company, I use them every year to clean my gutters and assess the condition of my roof. They are reasonably priced, show up on-time and on-schedule and very pleasant to work with...I highly recommend them!
