Not sure who the answering staff is but they were very rude and standoffish. People who call here and go here are very stressed and patients who are in a lot of pain but the receptionist cuts people off and acts annoyed when answering. I would highly recommend changing the answering/ receptionist staff or having a word with them. I'm sure it's stressful but you don't need to take it out on someone being respectful and asking valid questions like about appointments and insurance. Please be better and do better.

의사 선생님은 좋으신데, 리셉션니스트가 좀 이상해요. 분노게이지가 끝까지 차있어요. 일이 많고 일을 잘하는 건 아는데 늘 화가 나있고 폭팔직전의 모습만 보여줘요. 하기 싫은데, 누가 강제로 일을 시키나봐요.

10 년 여 를 훌쩍 넘게 다니고 있네요. 진짜 언제나 그자리에 그렇게 잘 환자 를 돌보는 진정한 의사 맞아요. 다만 가끔. 앞에서 일하는 사람들 의 불친절함 그리고 오래 기다리는거 이제 는 그저 그려려니 합니다. 단 .!!! 의사 선생님 한분 만 바라보고 몇번을 옮길까도 했지만 그냥 닥터 은퇴하시는 날까지 다니다가 옮기자 하고 결론 내렸네요.. 얼마전 뵙고 이제는 힘들어하시는게 보였고 살도 많이 빠져보여서 맘 이 좀 그렇더라고요 . 그저 일하시는 그날 까지 건강히 환자 들 잘 지켜 주시길 바랄뿐입다. 다른건 잘 모르겠고 환자 에게 진심 인거 하나는 믿습니다.
