Bought a brand new Jeep in 2017. Here it is 3 years later and my Jeep has been in the shop for 2 months trying to get the ac fixed costing me over 6k so far. On a 3 year old Jeep with less than 50k miles on it. It was our second time buying a Jeep from Jim Moore we really like him and believe he has our best interest in mind. My husband & I have been shopping for my new Jeep now that my husband & daughter have theirs. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! seriously go somewhere ells, bought new 2017 dodge right after first oil change brake caliper blew they wanted us to drive it in or have it towed to them i had to call dodge to get them to pick it up then had overheating issues again everything was a fight and they said nothing was wrong, we started having transmision issues at 32k miles low and behold transmision had been overheating the whole time they could not get use in for 2 months, its been a fight to get anything done with them over and over ... read more
Great service! Staff took care of our needs and we were on our way quickly.
We went to chuck Patterson Chrysler dodge to see if we could find a ram promaster city wagon like the one I built online. Although they didn't have one on their lot, they searched all inventory to locate one. Once they found one close to what we wanted they had a driver deliver it to their location the next day and we picked it up.
