Initially all was great and I had found a car and communicated that I wanted to buy it. That was confirmed and we were to settle the paperwork on the Monday. Monday I hear nothing and when I reach them myself, they are sad to say that they sold the car over the weekend...

Great SVC!! I Drove out from Houston TX made the deal. The used truck I purchased had a few issues but the dealer agreed to fix them. Luckily they had some business to do in Houston and brought it out to me so I didn't have to make an additional trip out to Dallas. I would Highly Recommend this Chevy Dealer to anyone. Wow!!! Customer Service - these guys are tops! Butch, the general manager, responded to my query on a Sunday evening. He had Paul (salesman) phone me about the vehicle the next day. They worked out a fair price and I was impressed with the vehicle and the way I was treated by Butch and Paul. Then I worked with Debbie on the paperwork - what a nice person! What an awesome experience. We live 500 miles away and did business via email and phone to purchase our vehicle. Very prompt, professional and answered every question almost immediately every time we corresponded. No run around and completely shot straight with every detail. We've bought many cars over the years locally and this by far was the best experience we've ever had. Highly recommend using these guys. Customer service is everything and they nailed it.
