They sent me the wrong parts, and told me “ not our problem” now I have to miss more days of work to look elsewhere for the car part. NEVER doing business here again.
They were quite good on the telephone for customer service... They did not have my part but the associate offer to order it for me.

Mr. Nick Green, and his crew did a outstanding job finding, referring, and installing an engine and turbo in my car. Prior to waiting for another mechanic to do the same thing Mr. Green team found the engine and had it installed in a few weeks. he very was very helpful and efficient . This is the place to take your vehicle to get EXCELLANT service. I give Chuck @ Eddies 5 Stars. Thank-you very much Tracy @ David.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER. Sent me the wrong part. Had gone over the purchase several times to make sure I was getting the correct part from the correct vehicle. Invoice had WRONG year and model vehicle. Call and given # for returns. Called and left at least 7 messages-1 month no return call. If I could give them a zero rating I would.
I always seem to find what I want thier "they got it"and if not; they will get it for you. I never had a problem over there and I've been going there for more than 6 years.
I go there often to get parts for other cars and I always see the rudeness but its even worse when on the phone. Don't bother with these guys. The majority of them are scum.
Stay away! Horrible customer service. They will outright lie to your face. If one of their parts does not work or fit your car, they will not even accept a return on a NEW part, on which they made an error. They said to us "Not our problem". And they even said they didn't believe us that it did not fit. On the phone, the salesmen told us they GUARANTEE all parts. What a joke. Take your business elsewhere. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They actually told me off because i was looking for the trim around the fog light of my Mazda 3, they told me they do not sell trim/molding, I told them come on it s on the picture you have online of your Mazda 3 it s right there it takes around 2 minutes to remove i was even offering 75$ for it, they told me "Go look to you mom and pop operations, large auto recyclers like us don t want to sell you these kind of parts ..."
