It's great that you're switch to cards but it would've been better if you would've taking the tickets out and just put it on the cards. When you have multiple kids and you have to insert all the tickets it is rather a pain
Just had the worst experience here with an extremely disrespectful manager Kat. Will never go back and never recommend to anyone. Truly disappointed. Literally all the guest and employees were shocked by her disrespect behavior. So sad. And yes i have already emailed corporate and will be calling Monday morning.
They have more games/rides for the little ones then my local chuck e cheese, so we usually make the half hour trip to the warwick location. We took my daughter today for her first birthday-she enjoyed the pizza and many rides/games but what really made it perfect was how good all the staff were with her from the minute we walked in, to dancing with chuck e, to helping her pick which toy she wanted
They changed to the card system... coins is alot better to split up with the family!! What a money grab
I go with my Great Niece she loves going she says Chuck-E-Cheeses her best friend and the food is awesome and we love playing the games and taking pictures
Wrote a terrible review and they wok not post it so what is the point of this?
Me and my family came here yesterday. Originally we had planned on visiting the zoo for the trick or treat but when we got there it was really busy. So we decided to change our plans and go to Chuck E. Cheese which was a better plan. When we got there it wasn’t busy at all the staff was fantastic and love the pizza. It was the first time we visited this location and will definitely come back if we’re in that area.
