Very affordable, coupons on the website were very helpful. They stamp you with invisible ink to mark what child belongs to you when you arrive & check it by an ultraviolet light when you leave. I found that very reassuring. Overall great experience with very friendly staff. We will be returning!

Came here yesterday with my daughter and she had a blast. It was a Wednesday and it wasn’t crowded which was awesome. Only two things were that some machines didn’t give tickets because it ran out and waited a bit long to get a pizza with drinks. Other than that we had fun 😉
Threw my daughters birthday party here and had an excellent time! Would've given 5 stars but I felt rushed between the time we got our pizza and the cake. I had a table reserved until 1pm and they started cleaning up while I still had 15 mins before my party ended. If I reserve a table until 1pm, I want it until 1. My daughter didn't even open her presents yet.
Was way better before they changed the games to card and not tokens. Also they should have a maximun on how many kids. Their was a bus load from a camp, and it was Wayyyy to crowded. And of course one of my kids got sick the next day. Way to small for that amount of people. Also you can get anything good unless you have at least 1500 tickets. Was a huge disappointment.
To say this place is pathetic and a joke would be giving it more credit than it deserves. The lunch buffet with unlimited salad and pizza consisted of one bucket of salad with one cheese and one pepperoni pizza, all of which were half gone with no refills. Then we were told the systems were down for at least thirty minutes. At that point all staff except the one at the door disappeared. Absolutely nothing could happen... The staff seemed super stresssed and there was way too many people, they should have a limit.

Our experience wasn’t the most pleasant. Although my girlfriend’s child enjoyed herself, we as the adults felt this location was highly unorganized. We went on a Saturday (our fault for going on such a busy day), the location appeared understaffed. The front line went smoothly as possible.
