Awesome place.
It was not very organized. We had to coordinate & wait for the other parties to be ready to do things. We had to wait almost 20 mins. between eating cake & Chuck E singing Happy Birthday bc another party was not ready when we were scheduled to do it. The Manager has no clue. I was over charged for a child that didn’t come & he acted like there was not a way to look it up without my receipt, that accidentally got thrown away. Im very glad to see this business slowly dying.
Had 1 person taken orders & redeming tickets for prizes. To long of a wait. Very disappointing for a 5 year old!!
Great place my daughter had fun plus yesterday was her birthday. We also played one game till it was out of tickets once we told someone the manager immediately came over and got more tickets coming out. Great staff. Good job!
