Recommendedthe pizza is better then pizza hut
They advertise the goodie bags if you buy play time but after you buy it they tell you they don’t have any goodie bags..🤦🏼♀️, the bathrooms needed cleaned BAD, and half the games just took our money and didn’t work..definitely not the Chuck E. Cheese I remember as a kid..will not bring my kid back.

This place is a joke, It took close to 2 hours to get 4 pizza’s for a birthday party we were at and 45 minutes to get 8 pepperoni skee ball bites. There customer service is absolutely crappy, we asked them to check on our pizza and the girl looked at me like I was stupid and said “sure”. Never ever again will me or my family go back.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced.we ordered our food and 50 minutes later we asked what happened to our food and the employee thought it was funny that they forgot to make the buzzer go off. Our pizza sat there for 30 minutes. So when we got our order it was cold and stale. We asked for another one appetizer since ours had sat there and was trash. They said yes but took 30 more minutes to give it to us. The place was dirty. We had to ask for a table to be cleaned even though the place was empty.
RecommendedMy daughter absolutely loved dancing with chucky cheese the “mouse” and playing games with her “bubba” and her “baby”.
