The Jonesboro Chuck E Cheese was really clean and the employees were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our afternoon!
It was the first visit for my grandson, Caleb on his 3rd birthday. We had a wonderful time. Pizza was delicious and he absolutely loved playing on all of the games. We will be back a lot!

We were in there on Saturday, April 22, 2017. There was only one register working, and the wait was awful. Not all of the machines were working(ticket machine) which led to long lines. Not sure if they were understaffed or not. The employee at the ticket redemption counter did I not even know how to use the register. We do not live in Jonesboro, and have been to other locations that were run much better.
My grandson wanted to try every game there! Great place for rainy days.
I guess someone in management thought getting rid of tokens was a good idea ...... It might have been had the card machines worked .... And when they don't work your employees should still be able to sell points .... Not get frustrated like Quen did ....... I will be looking for someplace else to take my Grandson and spend my money !
My granddaughter had her birthday party there - it was great. Had the VIP package - having the tokens on the card was so helpful with the kids. We had the early party and had the whole place to ourselves. Our host was fantastic!!
We had our daughters 5th Birthday party there. Great staff, great service, chuck e was a blast. We loved the VIP party it's was the best decision.
