Make sure when you go that you don't get Briana to help you. She was very rude and hateful to us when we were trying to cash out our tickets! My daughter wanted a toy and we were trying it/pushing the buttons since it said try me well it was not working, Briana went to ask someone about it and came back was rude and told us that we could still take it for the amount of tickets that it was priced at, and we would just have to go buy batteries because they have had the toy for a long time and the batteries were dead.
Had a good time. More importantly my son did. Workers were nice. I will bring him back.
The pizza was amazing and so was the stuffed crust!! My grandson had a great time and we had good family time together!!
We were there on 9/29/17. It was extremely crowded, but that's not the fault of management. Even though it was packed, our food came very quickly and service was great. There were issues with photo paper and ticket machines, but they were handled promptly by management. Because of the wait, he even rounded up the ticket numbers for the kids so they could get what they wanted. 😀. We will go again, just not on a Saturday afternoon. Lol
Its so fun great people we love going there.. My granddaughter loves the mouse �
My family really had a good time. We were there on 8/5/17 and the staff was friendly. Chuck E. Cheese was friendly and danced and took pictures with the kids. Food was good too.
Kids had a blast. 1st time my son has been and he is hooked! A few machines messed up but they were quick to make it right for us.
