My family was in town from Georgia for the holidays the kids had an AWESOME time!!!!
Horrible customer service. The general manager is no help at all and our entire visit after spending $150 was ruined within 20 minutes over a lost card that the cashier didn’t give us the appropriate receipt to be able to look up the numbers for the replacement cards.

Recommendednice employees and clean place but a lot of the games malfunctioned and when it was brought to the attention of a manager that we weren't receiving our tickets for winning they offered no remedy.
Kids can play as long as they want and they are having a great time food is good the environment was fun

We had a great time at Chuck E Cheese. The employees were genuinely nice and helpful. It was our son's 1st visit - he is 4 years old, he loved it & looks forward to going back. However, next time, we will eat before going. This is at NO FAULT of the employees but the pizza gave my husband & I food poisoning. As I type this, it is Wednesday & we went on a Monday evening & I am still sick to my stomach. "Chuck E" has a whole new meaning for me now!
