It's Okay .good place to take kids for entertainment and birthday parties
I really wish I could give half stars b/c it would be a 3.5 rating. The kids always have fun and the staff is great, but we were all disappointed when we got there and the Clubhouse was gone - they had taken out the slide and all the climbing stuff. That was always my kids' favorite and they missed it so much! They kept telling me all night how much they wished the clubhouse was still there. :(
They were very nice. The Pizza was ok but the kids had a blast!
Had my son's 3rs bday party here it went great at a great price for as many as we had .. came back 8 month later play area was gone some games didn't work and not to say the price for tokens was crazy almost 50.00 for 80 tokens 5 drinks and A 1 topping pizza is crazy !! Wouldn't be so bad on prices for tokens if the games paid off with more tickets!!!
I had my grandkids birthday party at Chuck E Cheese's in Jonesboro, Ark. The manager was very polite and helpful. The whole staff was great..all my grandkids had a great time.
RaShawn was an amazing server, made us feel like family and the whole experience was great for our 4 year old :)
