Rude people. Not going back here ever again. I can't believe I used to love this place!
Today was our worst & last visit to Chuck E Cheese. Over half the games were out of order or out of paper/tickets, the staff was in no rush to tend to the LARGE amount of customers, the place was a sloppy mess(thank God we didn't eat there!), and no one seemed to be concerned or apologetic to the fact that we weren't aware of the game situation until after we had purchased a LOT of tokens. My husband, myself, my 3 children...disappointment for all ages.
Y wont your phone go through i called before 11 and it said not available. Then i hv been trying to call and it keeps saying welcome to Verizon.
I have always had a great experience taking my kids here and attending special events held by friends and family. Kids really enjoy their time here.
It's a great place for kids to have an awesome day with there family. Good food, fun times, and smiles that last all day long:)
