Great party for my son who turned 4 was very pleased with the staff
Overall experience was good. Pizza was ok. Didn't like where the salad bar was. Kids dancing in front of it not a great idea. Kids had fun and that's all that counts.
My 2 year old loves this place! The staff and managers on duty were awesome and so attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and even rounding up our tickets! We had the place nearly to ourselves and my daughter loved dancing with Chuck E, who came out for all scheduled shows, even as slow as it was while we were there! Hoping to plan a birthday party there next April!

Had a good time. Trying to leave on the other hand, Need more than 2 ticket counters. And at least 2 people that the prize counter during busy times(weekends)!
The sevice was awful and the salad bar stayed empty
Workers need to work some where that has no kids think they hated kids took 20 min to get prizes bathroom probably has a disease in it only thing that was good was the over cooked pizza dave and busters from now on...
I like the fact that you can scan cards now instead of the coins so much easier with kids but I think the tickets should also go on the card to make it easier for anyone that is with a group of kids and then people would also not forget to grap the tickets.
