I was glad that inside climbing tube was Gone. I would never allow mine to go inside of it because it just looked dirty and smelled like germs! This time it smelled pretty clean in there, Probably because that Tubing was gone and therefore I was able to enjoy the Salad Bar and the kids had pizza which was very pleasantly clean and they ate the entire medium pizza. Took my grandkids there today just to have fun for their birthday!They had a blast!! Should have been more on the buffet for the price but it was all GOOD!
Just left the Jacksonville location and the games were fun, but some of the games took coins without actually working. The Mgr on duty was not very good. Overwhelmed, and not very helpful. The Crew did what they could and ran around like crazy and was as efficient as possible but the Mgr was not very helpful to the guest or to the crew. The place was clean maybe just need more employees on duty. Especially on the floor with the kids.
It was my 4 year olds birthday and first time ever and three days later he still talking about it. Was a amazing day!!!
Pizza was good games weren't the greatest the prizes were very cheap Service was great it's hard to satisfy the 6 to 13-year-old range it's time for an upgrade
had fun with my grandson games aren't the best, stuffed pizza was good only bad thing was when we got up to play games we left our drinks and pizza on the table and when we went back the guy had thrown it all away he offered to get us another one but i said no
