Staff is always great and kids have fun everytime we go!
We took my granddaughter for her birthday just to play the games, some of the games & the carousel weren't working but she had a great time anyway & the staff were fabulous
they said if we would register our card and lost it could fine that is BULL not only is it too expensive but not worth going there anymore and they said couldn't do anything about the card that someone used and left at 0 to the person who found or took card may karma get you and to Owner/manager of chuckie cheese you suck !!!!
I think it's great that they have sensory Sundays. Gives kids with autism a chance to enjoy the place without the overstimulation. The pizza is also one of the best I've ever had. The staff have always been nice.
