Took my son yesterday 6/28/18, we had such a wonderful experience. The two ladies working yesterday were so nice to my son and I. Was a little bummed there wasn’t a show like the one in Raleigh with the curtains etc. but the staff yesterday made up for that and we will be returning.
Great service, the staff was very nice. All the games worked, and it was clean. My 7yr daughter had a blast. What more could a mom ask for.

I went yesterday for my nephew's birthday party. I was pleased with my food. I was not pleased with the dirty tables. I had to ask for my table to be cleaned. I was also not pleased with the ticket counters. The ticket counters messed up after every other person. After waiting over 30+ minutes, I told my little girl we would save her tickets for our next visit. She was very upset and didn't understand. It was so crowded, but that's totally fine. Our host (I believe her name was Kristina) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She had everything down ON LOCK, a great positive energy, and she kept everything in order and on schedule. Hats off to you, Kristina. You were the real MVP of the party. We have a five year old grandson that has a great time at Chuck-E-Cheese everytime he goes. We like the pizza also. No problem here.
