I was there for an hour & all this time your employees Aly & Mat taking about it sucks working here & they want to go home. Then I'm waiting for over 10 minutes yo change the tickets & an a lady asks Mat for help with a machine & he passes me by & says "I be right back" AFTER I WAS WAITING FOR HIS HELP FOR OVER 10 MINUTES! the place is still dirty, & expensive never conning back!
We have not been in a LONG time due to extreme rudeness and hanging up on me when I called and extreme rudeness when we went. I had the most wonderful experience there today from MANY DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES! I’m so sad we are actually leaving in a few hours to move to Southern California. Well, we’re going out with a bang. The food was great, the employees were great and it was just a great experience all around. Thank you so much!
Way to small for Jacksonville NC need bigger building

Have someone going around wiping the games down with disinfectant, cleaning the tables including wiping them down with disinfectant.
Allison was the best!!! She went above and beyond to help my family during a busy holiday weekend. She was fast,efficient and most of all very friendly!!! We will definitely be back!! Thanks Allison you are the BEST!!!!
the staff is very kind. and they clean up the tables pretty fast .
My daughter & I had the best time playing all the games on 8/24/18. We enjoyed the tasty cheese crust pizza & dipping dots as well. I had only one issue, someone cleaned our table & threw away my cups. However, the guy at the front counter gave us more cups to replace those we had.
This Chuck E Cheese needs a serious update for it to be the only one in Jacksonville. The games were place too close together. I kept bumping into people. They have more than enough space to spread the game in the back further apart. In addition many of the games did not work and they were down to only one ticket machine.
