We go to Chuck E. Cheese often. We love the door policy. Food has gotten better. Really feels like the manger wants kids to have a good time. To top it off my girls love chuck e.
We had the BEST Birthday Party for my 5 Grandchildren. Jake was super!!!
The kids had a blast, food was good, and would consider doing a birthday party here.
Chuck E Cheese is and has always been my 5-year-olds FAVORITE place!! The staff and the manager do a great job!! However I'm very disappointed to the parents who let their kids run wild and don't supervise their own kids. This is NOT a free babysitting/daycare!! But when I addressed my concerns to the staff and the manager, they handled it very professionally.
The kids are out of control. The older ones are absolutely rude and inconsiderate to the smaller ones. The parents are blind to what their kids are doing. Very expensive for the quality of fun you can have. The prizes are garbage for what you have to spend to get them. The staff is quit rude and inattentive.

As long as the kids have fun, I'm happy. I just don't like being crowded with A lot of kids
The kids seemed to have a good time, yet they have a two drink limit, on adult drinks (one drink per hour). They were very rude about the two drink limit, even though there were no signs to offer an indication to the rule. The prices are a bit munch, don't be be surprised to spend upwards of $100 for a family of 5. Without many other entertainment options for young children, I am sure we will return again.
Huge shout out to KAYLA today who hosted our sons birthday party!! She was amazing with the kids and very helpful. Anyone who has a party I strongly encourage you to request her :) :) thank you Kayla for making our sons 6th birthday even more amazing!!!
