We had a great time for my daughter's 4th birthday party. Very friendly staff and even though we were a smaller party (paid for 6 kids and only had 3) they treated us with just as much attention as the bigger groups. Pizza was great! The party package is such a great deal.
HUGE THANK YOU to CeCe and Brandon on 8/18/18 for making sure my neices and nephew enjoyed their birthday. And definitely the you man (birthday also on the 18th😊) at the counter who had so much patience with them while turning in their tickets and choosing their prizes! You guys are THE BEST! By the way, I had as much fun as the kids. THANK YOU!
The kids loved it! It had sooo many games the kids didn't know where to begin. Mine were ages 8, 5 and 4, and i felt comfortable letting them free to play what and where they wanted. They hand stamp your hands with black light numbers that match only the kids you came with. So you can only leave with your kids. Great idea! Pizza was good too!
The kids had a great time!! The only downside was parents who do not supervise their children. Bigger kids running rampant and knocking down smaller children!!
Horrible customer service. First time taking my kid to Chuck E Cheese and I was not impressed with ANY of your employees. I felt like I was a burden when I needed something. I would never come back to the one in portage.
Had a great time with the family. All the people were nice.
There were problems with 70% of the games. Either they were not working properly or there were problems generating tickets. Had to constantly stop and get a service worker who all seem pretty miserable and unhappy. The place is so dirty there is 1 hand sanitizer station outside of the play area. The card system is confusing for some. There is a charge to link the card to a wrist lanyard which with the amount of money people spend to begin with should be automatic.
