All the games run off from WiFi, which resets every 10 minutes for 5 minutes. Extremely annoying.

Had my nephews Birthday Party there yesterday and everyone there had a great time. Great hostess and such a good place to come to for everyone to enjoy themselves.
I had my son birthday party there the kids enjoyed it but my host was horrible I received poor customer service

First time to any Chuck e cheese since I was in high school. My kids were able to run around and the fact that every child and adult have to be checked before leaving gave us piece of mind. We still kept a close eye on them....unlike some parents and their children....but we didn't feel like we had to hover. I LOVE the card system as well, it was so easy to just tap the card for the kiddos rather than hanging on to all those coins. Had a great time with my little mans 4 birthday party he had a ball
Well the lady was not very friendly when I ask her a question food was not all that good and I don't like the changes they did they took half the games out and now it a card which I don't like i not gotta come back

Had a great time with my great grandson !lots of pizza, salads , bread sticks , lots of games ,and free tickets.
I love the games. Unlike the other arcades in the area, the games cost less.
We had a dual birthday party for my daughters, 8 and 5. The party hostess was amazing. Served food, interacted with the kids, even helped my husband load gifts into the car. We literally showed up with cupcakes and she did the rest. Her manager checked in several times, and was very helpful also. It could not have gone any better!
