Not real impressed..,staff is rushing and kids can't really enjoy themselves.
Great staff! Had a mishap with our order but they went above and beyond to correct it! Skeeball, air hockey & basketball are our favorite games!
It is not the happiest place on the planet. Filled with unhappy employees who appear to wish they had a real job.

It is our family tradition to celebrate birthdays at Chuck E Cheese for the last 25 years! We always have a blast and look forward to our next trip!!
That was the worst experience the waste of money half the machines didn't work they have a new card program on top of the fact they had two birthday parties/non-birthday parties that reeked so much like weed and they kept going out to the parking lot still smoking weed while their kids were inside tearing everything up being very rude and disrespectful to everybody drive to Grand Rapids or try to make sure that it looks decent before you start.
Just wish it wasn't so expensive. It costs 2.50 or something for a small drink.
