Took my son yesterday and had a terrible experience. The buffet didn't have enough choices to even feed a family, the pizza that was out was burnt, after paying for our food and play card the person checking us out left the register so quick to do something else that we didn't even get plates. Also watched 2 people who were doing other jobs also make pizza and never once wore a pair of gloves... we won't go to this location again.
We had my son's 6th birthday party at Chuck E Cheese and it was a great experience! The hostess was very friendly and checked on us regularly. When we arrived everything for the party was already set up. I didn't have to worry about anything. I was able to enjoy my son's day with my kids. We will definitely have more parties there.
I went yesterday with my grown kids and the 2 kids that I babysit. We did the buffet and not much choices but the kids and I like it. We also got cotton candies which we all got and love it. The kids had fun playing games while I still was eating more pizzas. The kids wants to go again but after spending about 90 dollars for 5 of us I was like maybe if there is good deals. I signed up for coupons and never did receive it tru my email. If anyone knows a good deal please let me know. Thanks
None of the employees were really into it, but the kids still had a great time. Would recommend. Maybe update the games.
Park in the parking lot, rip up a 50 dollar bill and have someone punch you in the face. Bout about as much fun. A business run by teenagers what could be wrong with that.
Great entertainment for the little ones. The pizza is awful!
My nephews had so much fun here. Tons of games. Lots to do. The play passes make things so easy. My only real complaint is that they don't give you clips to put the play passes on, so make sure you bring your own. Because I'm sure they'll overcharge you for anything they offer. The pizza is nothing to write home about, but it's part of the experience. I'd say go for the games and food and not so much the prizes.
