Been here multiple times in the past. Horrible experience today. New system change from tokens to cards was a very poor decision and poorly executed. No acknowledgement to patrons on arrival or games regarding increased cost of rides and games. If your child impatiently accidentally clicks multiple times for a single game, subtract each click/ game from your card. We used to love chuck E Cheese. Gone there many times and have had birthday parties here. With the new system of card and points. The jump from 1 token to 25 points per game, and 100 pointfs for 5 tokens to play games that needed them, left us with some disappointed kids. We will not be going back. My kids who used to be able to get 300+ tickets left today with 100 tickets, and unable to get the little prizes they wanted. We will be finding a new place to take our children.

Great and fun time for my 3 yr old grandson. This was our second visit and he was much more aware of what the tickets were for.
Not the best experience. Went to celebrate my daughter and son's birthdays. We are a large family of 8 wanted to all sit at one of the large tables upstairs and told we couldn't sir up there because we didn't reserve one. It was a Tuesday evening only two other family's were there no birthday parties were going on. So why the fuss?? The manager on duty was less than friendly about it. And Chucky never made an appearance the whole time we were there.
Terrible....pizza was terrible tasted terrible. Customer service was inattentive and half the machines did not give coupons. We were there for over 2 hours and Chuck never came out like was announced. No ticket splash like announced. So we probably won't be back here unless things are made right! Huge waste of money and huge disappointment!
Had reservations for bday party was told to arrive 15mins early had to wait 30mins for our table when i arrived 15mins early as told once seated my bday kids had to wait 15 more mins for their play passes our hostess never checked on us i basically hosted the party myself i will never book a party here again

I got a refund for the salad bar. Most awful looking salad bar I have ever seen. The pizza was edible but not very good. My husband got sick. The only good thing was watching my nephew having fun playing games.
