very overpriced our pizza was a little overdone salad bar was dirty food all over the counter kids walking up and picking food out of the salad bar a worker seen this happen and said nothing
Extremely greedy move. I just saw an ad from Mario Lopez saying if you use his promo code you 5 points ... 5 points lol. Every game is 20 - 25 points. You guys are crap now and I see why after your increase in prices it's been empty. I'm calling you guys close by the end of the year.
Great place to spend the day , salad is always good, pizza was a lil greasy and crust was hard. Point system has gone up, taking 4 kids with 2000 points each isn’t enough as some games require 50 Pts. Try to make it once a month. They were short staffed, but overall we had fun
The employees and manager on the night we came in had the worst attitudes!! There were zero tables in the restaurant cleaned and when we asked to get two booths cleaned for the 10 people we brought in, they cleaning one tiny booth and decided it was good enough. When we asked for the 3rd time to get tables cleaned to eat the $100 dollars worth of food we just bought we were given nothing but attitude, dirty looks, and got to enjoy hearing the two employees we asked point and talk crap about us. WORST Experience I have ever had at this place. Your Manager needs to know how to treat his paying Customers and their Guest. It's called with RESPECT. I was a GUEST.
One of of our favorite places to go for many years , at least 10 times a year. Now with the token hike we will not return. 20 tokens to play one game is insane.
I can not believe their new pricing for gaming. We used to frequent Chuck E Cheese, not anymore. We had almost 6 hundred "points" to split between 2 kids and they were used up 15 minutes before our pizza even came. Went from one of my favorite places to take my kiddo to a complete rip off. We will not be back.
