WORST customer service!! I waited 20 minutes to get prizes when 2 employees walked past me and another even asked me what I needed but decided not to help me! Employees also need to learn to SMILE!!
To expensive for the little that they give you Its fun for the kids because they could care less They just want to play anyway but it's not worth the money #myopinion
Alot of machines were out of order, and the place needs a lil cleaning. we were there for 10:45, with only a family of 3 before us. Around the drink machines, it was nasty, like it wasn't cleaned at closing the night before. The place in general needs tidying up.
My baby girl was celebrating her First birthday. The girl that was assigned to us was amazing very sweet. The service was quick. It was just a little crowded but that was fine. Over all we are happy with having chuck E cheese service.
Trae was an awesome host thanks again for all you did for our Zoey's 3rd Birthday party I recommend anyone with reservation Trae was awesome thanks again. Also thanks to everyone else. All machines were working we played them all
My grandson's birthday was on yesterday he turned 6 he doesn't ask for much so we brought him over to ChuckE Cheese he had. Blast with his mom and Uncle thanks for everything enjoyed!
Its nice and spacious and we had a lot of room for guests. My only complaint would be that I had to wait almost an hour for someone to come and fix the machines, and they still did not come. Due to the games were taking the kids tokens and didn't give them tickets either. Other than that everything was great!
We go every year for my grandson birthday now he just turned 5 and we were just there yesterday for his party ... It's always fun and lovely staffs. I just wish they had cards to slide to play the games it's easier not so mess and crazy with the tokens and tickets, and fix the games but it's a fun place other than that
I went there yesterday with my grandkids. I ordered pizza, drinks, and the salad bar. I looked for the salad bar, but could not find it. I asked someone where the bar was. She said that they don't have a salad bar until 4:00. But yet I was charged for one. My money was refunded. How do you charge someone for something you don't even have.
