ITS HOT WHEN CROWDED. Machines need to be maintained because they take points without children realizing. Alley roller wasn't working. Geez. It's just terrible!!!
Right when we walked in we noticed the piss smell. The whole place smells like a dirty bathroom. The machines don't give much tickets and the prices for the shitty prizes don't make sense. Not worth the money. So glad there is fast track in Henderson now.
I enjoy myself for my granddaughter birthday but some parents need too watch their kids
Horrible, this place has really gone down. Would not recommend.

Filthy. Several broken machines. Smelled horrible and very hot.
We had a good time, but there was nothing for the 2 yr old to do. Not all the rides worked. There was no ball pit anymore, he would have loved that. Rides that took your money, some rides that took pictures when riding never got a picture. Need to overhaul the games and rides.
I went on my daughters B-DAY. We had the buffet it wasn't a lot to choose from. They ran out of pizza a number of times. Just recommend that they make the buffet bigger or stop it completely! In stay on top of the back up of pizza..We will be back tho my kids love it over there.
The pizza was poorly made. The service was slow. We played games for two and a half hours and ended up with 95 tickets. The card system for playing games was nice instead of using tokens. I'd rather Gatti's in crowley. Better pizza and more rewarding games.

Place is filthy. No ice in either machine. Salad bar was disgusting. Many machines not working. Tickets buy nothing but junk made in China. Come on people. Our children deserve better!
