Always was and still is a great place for a family to make happy memories
I was very impressed,
It was ok not what I am used to because the ball pit is gone and now it’s just a big arcade room
It was a bit hot inside and a lot of the games for the younger children were out of service, but we still had fun.
Just had my daughters birthday party here and I cannot say enough about how much of a good time was had by all who attended. My daughter had an amazing time and so did our guests. The pizza was great and the service was wonderful. Our hostess, Cynthia, was the BEST! All of the staff was friendly and attentive! Several of our guest complimented on how friendly the staff was and how it was such an enjoyable experience for their children! Thank you CEC for making my daughters birthday party rock!
We went Saturday night, the place was filthy, the place is going down so fast. Children were destroying games, climbing into the games and throwing balls out. When I asked about Chuck E coming out I was told there was no one to dress up...will NEVER bring my grandson there again...

Only thing that could be improved is they should have attendees on the floor making sure patrons are not destroying property or disturbing other guest. Went this week and there was a large group of unsupervised children purposefully trying to break games, laughing about it and nearly knocking my 3 year down several times. This could have been avoided by something as simple as an employee making rounds and warning parents/removing troublemakers if warnings weren't heeded.
