The place was not clean, machines were not working properly and the unruly kids running all over saying bad words was very hard to take!

This place is terrible. The only redeeming quality is there are plenty of games and the game prices are not bad. The food was decent but then things go downhill. We arrived at 5:15 and left at 7:30 and the tables were never cleaned. The salad bar looked horrible. The drink station was full of trash. The bathrooms were a nightmare.

Ughhh I don't think we will be going back. Too many parents not watching their kids and too many machines do not work. It took an hour for our pizza to be sent out which at that point our kids had used most of their points. Gonna start supporting local businesses instead.

I hate the card thing!!!!! I wanted tokens to divide between the crew. They went up on their wings and told me it's "between" 6 to 8 wings after I got jacked out of 1. For $9.99 + tax, I want ALL 8 of my wings sir!!! Also, My child's birthday cake got there over an hour after I ordered it. No Chuckee! No Lighting of candles ( until I found a guy who looks like he smokes and asked for one). We managed to see Chuckee after about 3 hours to get some sort of pics. My kids and I love to go and we have lots of fun every time!!!
Sadly this place is going down hill in an epic fashion. Staff really needs to walk the floor and put some order there. I dont blame just the staff but the lazy parents that allow their kids to be totally out of control. They stand on the game machines jumping on them. Nobody says a word!!! I believe that if the staff would maybe do their jobs at maintaining the whole place and enforce the rules, just maybe all that pay good money there could really enjoy all it has to offer. During our visit today we had a couple children who were not , occasionally, being watched by the adults they came with. These children pushed me and another families children off of games, took their cards and used up all their points. Of course we like most people teach our children respect, so once our kids obtained their cards back they came to tell us. My daughter LOVES it here . she enjoyed her day yesterday . ❤️❤️
My grandchildren had their Birthday Party here yesterday. The childred were able to play freely with very little supervision. They were having a great time. The adults also had a great time. The party hostess was Jessica. She kept the children engaged and was incredibly sweet to all. Good Food!! Great Fun! Fantastic Memories!
