June 24th at 10, my daughter Ella had a great birthday! Wonderful staff....especially our host Mr.Alex! Pizza was delicious! Set up was perfect! Kids were entertained! Couldn't ask for any better!
Ate there today and waited for 2 1/2 hours for our pizza. Complained to a manager before leaving and got a small I'm I'm sorry! I don't complain often and when I do it was really bad. I expect a little more than I'm sorry. Why would I ever take my grandson back there.
Need more employees during the week in the summer. They were really struggling to check people in and out at the door, get food orders out, give prizes for tickets and do the ticket give away dance with Chuck E Cheese.

Well, first of all, l do not do party at places like this bc it's too expensive. The first time we went was for a party,and we did have fun. We went yesterday, on a Tuesday, it was not crowded,you can get the two large one topping pizzas for the deal. We drink water, bc I don't pay for drinks, unless it comes with it,and water is good enough. Chuck E Cheese, came out twice, while we were there, so that was cool. Not happy with our visit last night for my sons 5th birthday! Chucky didn't even come out at all the whole 2 hours we were there! Not cool! When I told the manager he said all he could do was give us some free tickets for some prizes. Will be calling corporate!!
