Customer service was undesirable to say the least!
Its always fun but this last visit , it was wayyyyy to loud. 5 different games wouldnt despense our tickets.
I was definitely not impressed yesterday. It was our own fault for going on a weekend because it was so overcrowded. But that's not the reason. The Pepsi was out and was not going to be fixed that day. And the Tea tasted old. After having to wait in line for the games then Several of the games for the smaller kids did not work at all. Will not entertain returning especially on a weekend.
This was one of the cleanest Chuck Eddie. Cheese restaurants I've seen. The party host was top notch!
Overall the kids had a great time. However the amount of tickets the prizes cost you was way to much for the amount of tickets you win. The games need to be a little bit more giving on the tickets you win. The price of the food is to high. $9.00 for 3 small drinks is to high.
I love it kids had a blast.defiantly be back. The people were kid and sweet.Kids could run free.
Its set up very nice and the games are awesome wouldn't do a party there anymore their service was horrible. My party host was sweet but he kept forgetting my food and items for the mega pack i got for the kids...
