I had my daughters Birthday party there. She and her friends had a blast and we had a good time as well. Food was great. Tonya our hostess did a great job taking care of us. Just a little expensive side.
The party was good we went late (7-9)so there was only one person there to do the party & Only one guy at the register. So he would stop go stamp all the people coming in, check all the people leaving in the middle of trying to ring us up. The computers took forever for card to go threw on top of waiting for the guy. We had fun. Smelled like a gym when you first walked in. The employee need to throw tickets to the little kids. Instead of the older kids. Staff was great so was the food. Salad bar was fresh.
I thought some of the staff was rude, otherwise it was ok...Pretty clean too..
This was the worst Chuck E Cheese I've ever been too. The employees were rude, service was terrible and the buffet was disgusting. I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family to never come here. Terrible. I wanted to give it no stars.

First we express ordered and a play card was stuck in the machine and it would not take our payment card. Also most of people up front seem to busy to help customers and act if you are interrupting something more important. I am the customer who could be more important! I usually $75 to 100 when we come. A lot of the games were broken but still took swipes of my card. Drinks had to much carbonation.

First time there for my son's birthday. Didn't know what I was doing and no one wanted to help. The pizza was okay. Who ever was playing chucky acted like he/she didn't want to be there. Hate that they took out the band and the shows.
